Tuccaro Executive Board Room

Join us at NAABA in the Tuccaro Executive Board Room for your next Board Meeting, Corporate Roundtable, Professional Development, or Strategic Planning Session. Our multi-purpose space provides flexible, customizable configurations in a spacious, modernly designed environment, with all standard technology provided at no additional charge.

With hourly, half-day, and full-day booking options, our location is an ideal setting for presentations, interviews, client pitches, or training sessions for your organization.

Facility Features

  • Parking, Wi-Fi, audiovisual equipment, and whiteboards included

  • Coffee service and photocopying available for an additional charge

  • Kitchen access available, with flexibility to bring your selected caterer on site

Rates

  • Hourly: $50.00

  • ½ Day: $200.00

  • Full Day: $375.00

  • Photocopying: $0.10 per page

  • Coffee: $50.00 flat fee

  • Fridge Beverages: $2.50 per can

Member Booking Details

All NAABA Members may book the Tuccaro Executive Board Room free of charge up to two (2) times per month as part of their membership benefits. Bookings beyond the monthly allotment will be subject to standard rental rates.

Booking Policies

  • Evening, weekend, and bookings outside of NAABA office hours (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM) are subject to standard rental rates for all users

  • Bookings outside of office hours are accepted based on staff availability

  • The boardroom is unavailable on statutory and long weekends

Bouchier Think Tank

(2-4 people)

NAABA’s Bouchier Think Tank is ideal for team meetings, strategy sessions with business stakeholders, or focused working sessions. With hourly, half-day, and full-day booking options, the space is well suited for presentations, interviews, client pitches, or training for your organization.

  • Hourly: $20.00

  • ½ Day: $65.00

  • Full Day: $100.00

  • Photocopying: $0.10 per page

  • Coffee: $50.00 flat fee

  • Fridge Beverages: $2.50 per can
